What if my insurance isn't listed?
We accept most major insurance plans. If you don't see your insurance listed, please call or text our office to verify coverage. We also offer self-pay options for uninsured patients.
Do I need a referral?
Many insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician for specialist visits. Please check with your insurance company, or call or text our office to verify if a referral is needed for your plan.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card(s), photo ID, referral (if required), list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or test results.
How do co-pays and deductibles work?
Co-pays are typically due at the time of service. Deductibles and co-insurance amounts will be billed after your insurance processes the claim. We will provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs when possible.
